Xmas in July, Day 15: Crysta-Flex Skateboard

The hot summer temps have cooled a bit here this week thanks to the "polar vortex" (or whatever the Hell they're talking about on the damn weather channel), so it's time to break out the skateboard and hit the sidewalk / streets-- and man, I have a serious eye on the Crysta-Flex (#4) board of high-pact and made of flexible clear plexi with matching clear polyurethane wheels! It's like I'm shreddin' on Wonder Woman's clear jet --but it's a skateboard!

Freaky. You'd be able to see the street fly on by right under your wheels! I actually had the mallard sunset one underneath that one (#5), thin sandpaper-textured fiberglass that bent to the ground if you didn't stand over the wheels. That's strength and flexibility, together in a rad board with all the character of an airbrushed beach tee or maybe the side of a carpeted van!

To be fair it totally lasted forever. I'll bet it's still in a box stored in mom's garage or somewhere.

Well at least it was guaranteed!

That's interesting you had the goose board, Mr C... the skateboard I had was actually dark purple but if you held it up to a light it was clear (so it would never look clear while you were skating), --had a fin on the back too, if that's what they're called
