The bottom of the shoebox reminds me of placemats printed with puzzles and games to keep the kids occupied while waiting for their lunch or dinner. Its a neat concept that deserves a comeback.
Its some nice artwork that livens up what could have been just a plain ordinary box. The art reminds me of the Little Golden Book illustrations, I wonder who the shoebox artist was.

This thing's a beaut! I just love the sides, with all those honkey boomer kids horsing around. They went all out for sure; the art is beautiful. The cowgirl looks like she's right off a Little Debbie box or something. I wish the space gun boy was wearing a space man costume the way the western gun boy is wearing a western man suit, but this thing still looks like a warm Halloween afternoon in Eisenhower's America. When I myself was a kid, I think I would have felt a little let down to find shoes instead of a vacuum molded mask in there.
The problem with this neighborhood is none of the kids can get on the same page, some want to play football, other space guy, others cowboys, and then you got the nerds practicing for high school marching band -- all at once!
I like to think that if Step Master and Thigh Master joined forces, we’d have one heck of an adult film series
