BOO!

As most of you long time followers of this blog are well aware, Halloween is never over on October 31st! And just like that big bucket of Halloween candy that I've tried to hide from my kid by putting it up on top of the refrigerator (as if that ever works), there's always plenty of tasty Halloween leftovers yet to be feasted upon! And in today's case, it's a few more vintage Halloween greeting cards from my personal collection, all featuring awesome artwork that is of course very typical of the 60's and 70's.

So, will there be even more Halloween posts still to come this November, you ponder? You'll just have to come back in a few days to find out!

Way to take the sting out of it already being November again. All the art here kicks butt of course, but I am pretty smitten with the watercolor technique on that "brave boy" card. That is some graceful work right there.

Christmas seems to drag on for a month (Christmas music on the radio for weeks at a time, toy commercials and Christmas specials for two weeks, etc.)

Halloween deserves the whole month of October and November to balance things out.
