Sissy Moran

We're closing out the month of March where we actually started it all 30 days ago, --with another saucy story from Fiction House's Wings Comics series. And if you enjoyed the spooky Jane Martin vs. nazi zombie tale that I also posted over at THOIA earlier this month HERE, well here she comes again, this time air transporting a famous movie star over German territory! Can Jane deliver her cute cargo in time? And can Sissy keep her clothes on for even one second?!! Hold on to your undergarments, you're in for one wild (and extra breezy) WW2 ride! From the October 1944 issue of Wings Comics #50, highlighted with some very alluring art by Ruth Atkinson.

Nazis brought down by sexy panties. Machine gunning naked babes. Juxtaposing multiple boob focused panels with somebody being outright riddled with high caliber bullets.

COMICS, everybody!

Can we spend a moment appreciating the craft, here? The point of this is to titillate and draw good girl art ... but ... the plane art is great! The dog fighting is well staged, and the artist certainly spend a good amount of time on this (though there are some panels that felt a bit more rushed.) For a comic that's meant to show breasts, there was a lot of fine work in it!

This is the kind of plot that would appear in Torchy comics, minus the enemy planes- Torchy having to change her outfit aboard a plane headed for an audition, opening the wrong door and away go her clothes, right onto the windscreen/windshield of planes and cars below.

It seems the artist knew what the readers wanted, and boy did she deliver.

I don't think I've ever seen a woman operating a machine gun naked before. At least not in comics. I like to imagine Atkinson, dressed for inking in a reversed white shirt with sleeve garters and a visor, carefully adding all those jiggle lines.
