With Thanksgiving just a few days away, I know a lot of you are mostly focused on the food prep portion of your holiday festivities. But equally important to me is the ever crucial dynamic of proper dish and drink ware! Or more specifically, it's that time of the year to break out the mid century, "round the world" nudie drinkin' glass set (just like our founding pilgrim forefathers did all those many years ago with the Indians), and pour everyone a long, tall, exotic one-- bottom's up!

OK this is new to me, I've seen a bunch of variations but never printed on both sides variation. That said, these are real survivors because I suspect if you had too many drinks poured into these it would have ruined the inside, and probably leeched a lot of not great chemicals into your system.
But worth it for some nudie cutie action, I guess!
The jockey has a different expression between the two views; I shouldn't care but my OCD won't let that get away from me!
These have a late 1940's-1950's look to them, I would say they were made in Japan, though the art is more American in style.
I am only guessing here, but I think the ladies are a double adhesive sticker or applique, with the risqué side applied to the glass and the prim and proper side facing outwards.
If it is a double sided sticker/applique, it is surprising to see it used so many decades ago.
Nice finds as always, Karswell, you have the knack for finding the coolest stuff.
These are neat as heck. Such a simple idea done really well. I was surprised when the jockey was facing the same way on both sides of the image, making her the only image that "moves" between views.
Already did all my food prep this year: Reservations at a relaxed Peruvian place about two miles from my house. Can't wait for my traditional chupe de camorones on Thursday!
