Picked up a nice 'n clean 60's Guild Mini-Vuer the other day, complete with the box. I totally love how this thing is designed with a retro-future style spyglass appearence-- and now I have a place to store that random Raquel Welch slide I've had in my collection forever too!

This is super cool. I'm going to have to learn more about the lucite lens--it seems weird that there's no focus. I assume this takes the standard cardboard 35mm slide/negative mounts?
That Guild Mini-Vuer does that slide of Raquel Welch justice.
Old tech isn't bad tech, unlike modern devices the Guild Mini-Vuer works whether the net is up or not.
This reminds me of my beloved "magnajector", but it wasn't Raquel Welch but various superhero comic panels projected on my wall.
I feel that without Raquel I'm not sure if all the claims on the box hold up!
I believe it holds most all slide sizes, the box says so anyway (see #4. in the photo)
