Cracker Jack's Disguise Kit

Time now for the Eye Patch Glasses edition of the super fun, very tiny, disguise kit series of prize booklets from a late 60's Cracker Jacks snack box. Yes, dearest top secret agents, now you can truly go full-blown incognito in 2021 with brand new peepers, and of course with the lower half of your face covered by a Covid mask, not a single soul on Earth will ever recognize you! Assembling this thing sounds fun, with many an end in need of moistening, plus, multiple slot insertions in wait! I also found another teeny Cracker Jacks prize book recently, a jolly lil joke book full of cornball zingers--- COMING SOON!

This is without a doubt the best illustration I've seen on a Cracker Jack prize package. Well, and the prize itself, too. I don't know if I like the illo if the kid wearing the glasses or that eyeball better. How totally great! I want someone to market an adult-sized plastic replica pair, complete with tab labels and construction instructions printed on the insides.

I'll bet Mr. Barnes is happy to see that, this time, kids can choose to leave the eye-patch without an eye hole. I agree.

I am happy about this, but my problem is I might need this as a disguise when I am on one of my many amazing spy missions around the world, I'm just not sure I can do that much moistening and inserting things into slots as I'm under fire from enemy agents!

And yes, I realize what I wrote.

Would love to find more of these, anyone notice how you can see on the left side of the cover the die cut was slightly off and there's some hair showing from what was likely one of the other disguise kits? I'll keep a'searchin' --disguised of course!
