Found a funny 60's kitsch drinkin' mug a while back featuring a curvy blonde beach babe running into some trouble with a precocious pooch! A nicely painted 3D effect wraps around about 3/4ths of the entire ceramic container, but alas, the spoils of all this classic Coppertone-esque trouble is not to be revealed. Really nice paint job, too, there's no splash over the lines anywhere, and the shine on the paint gives her a good "coppertone" type shine. Look around the eyes, that's some light touch painting there.

Yeah, the paint job on the woman is amazingly subtle and refined. But the color on her clothes is really slapdash and sloppy. Basically it amounts to a kinda visual nod to their state of flux, like a motion blur might. Is she moving fast enough to keep them on? Is the poodle worrying them hard enough to shake them loose? Toss a coin; we're at the precipice of the future. Either thing could still come true!
Maybe she's just walkin' the dog on a beach in a bad neighborhood? haha
