The Mighty Sportsmen

Fun key art for a late 50's " REAL" men's magazine article about sportsmen, highlighted by hunting, fishing, outdoor cooking, snowshoeing, and moose calling. I only do one of the things pictured (BBQing), so I'm not really sure if I'm actually qualified to even read this magazine...

I adore the bear! It's a really simple image but has such a personality to it.

Well, I can definitely percolate coffee and flip a pancake at the same time. Great stuff!

We did a ton of outdoor activities but nobody had a gun. I say no thanks to firearms.

I believe that bear is about to adore himself some fresh human flesh!

With your tongue hanging out too, no doubt ;)

As do I, though I do believe they can still do good in the hands of a properly trained person.

Thanks Mr.K. I agree completely. I have my marksmanship merit badge, just never had the desire to shoot at anything other than a paper target.
