Almost missed Minuscule Monday today, but looky here I did it-- and just under the wire too! Okay, I'm sure many of you vintage comic book fans out there have seen these mail order gags before, but have you ever seen them blown up 600%?! Yep, that's what this inconsistant Monday theme is all about! All of these come from a full-page "Fun Tricks Free Things!" ad, distributed by Gandalf Products Co., and based out of NY, NY. They had other kookball junk too like Money Makers, Magic Brain Calculators, and Card Tricks, but these are the best ones because of the funny little illustrations that barely look like anything until you enlarge them as such (see also the abundance of hilarious typos in the item descriptions too!) X-Ray Gogs over X-Ray Spex, please! And Monster Size Monsters?! Why, that's my middle name!

Sneezing powder, great fun at boat parties and board councils in the 80's, but it didn't cost 1 dollar.
yay!!!! i love seeing these things blown up! i have a page of prizes for a seed selling money making scheme from the back of a Kroft Super Show comic I'll have to post. the images are like a half inch square!
Yeah, this is one of my favorite features. Nothing looks quite as good as color separations on pulp paper blown up hugely. Monster-size hugely.
I like to post comics I find at garage sales, and these ads are always the best part. I recently bought a number of Popular Science magazines from the 50's at an estate sale and they have similar ads, only aimed at adults.
I had magic rocks!!!
More teeny stuff blown up extra big coming later this month-- cuz you love it!
Thanks for all the comments :)
