A Sackload of Santa (Part Two)

And now the exciting conclusion of "A Sackload of Santa" aka: more vintage Kris Kringle card art from my personal collection of 1950's and 1960's xmas cards...

Flash forward to the 90's for a card I got from SOUNDGARDEN!

More great stuff. I could have done without the Soundgarden, but I freely admit to being an aging fuss-budget! None the less, my friend! Great, great stuff!

Alright, story time! How did one get a Christmas card from Soundgarden? Enquiring minds (and people who were teenagers in the early 90's) want to know!

Thanks Myk!

This was sent out by their then record label SUB POP to all members of the SUB POP Singles Club... I actually saw someone selling one on ebay one time and it was almost as expensive as some of their limited edition colored vinyl!

I love this one too Prof, a rare glimpse into Santa's Magical Kingdom. I love the card underneath it too of Santa and his reindeer on the bike... you can't tell from the jepg but it actually opens up into 4 sections and is a HUGE multi-fold poster that is nearly 2 feet wide.
