Heck no. Just stating facts is all. I grew up in North Carolina, where the asphalt on the road melts every June and won't cool again till late October. Where you have to watch distorted TV through those wavy heat lines. Where there can be a crispy, sere brown drought and nine-six percent humidity at the very same time. Where Coke will boil in its own bottle during the time it takes to pump gas. A North Carolinian welcoming summer is like a bloated drowning victim asking for a cool drink.
