As a kid in the 70's, one thing I could always rely upon was a cool halloween card in the mail from my grandparents (and usually including some money or a stick of Wrigleys tucked inside too!) Here's a memorable selection of some of my favorites-- I even scanned the inside of the cards for you too.

Yes they were!
I miss them both alot too... my Aunt Stacy is still around though.
pap beat me to the punch. This is too sweet. What swell grandparents to understand they had a strange grandson! Holloween Cards!
My favorite is the "Of all the Creepy Crawly Slimy things on Halloween . . . Your my favorite!" Looks like the work of Paul Cooker, Jr.!
Man, these are so great. Glad you kept 'em all these years!

Me too... of course, if you know me by now you know I NEVER throw away anything, haha. I have every xmas, easter and b-day card they ever gave me too (you'll have to come back on those holidays to see them!) Thanks for the comments you guys!
How does your house not look like an episode of Hoarders? I don't get it.
Very cool!

I've thought about your question Laurazipan and my answer is this: I have a very good maid. Actually, 95% of the junk I collect, aka hoard, is paper flat so it all stacks nice and neatly in piles and out of the way (you've been over here enough times to see the piles--like omg!)
