Stay-At-Home Amusement Park

Driving passed a Six Flags the other day, it occurred to me that one of the saddest things in the world is a theme park closed due to an unfortunate, world crisis pandemic. Hopefully, it's only temporary, but in the meantime, never fear-- that's why AEET and the April 1978 issue of National Lampoon Magazine #97 is here-- as clearly there's tons'o thrilling razzle dazzle to still be had in the comfort of your own home! Why, I've already visited Kitchen Land a half dozen times today alone!

This is the perfect destination for any staycation!

Thanks for the Post Karswell, we all need some levity during these lockdown times.

New added features for Six Flags Over Your House-

Videoland- binge watch hours upon hours of your favorite movies and TV shows on your own TV, VCR or CD/DVD player (if you still have one) Computer screen, or smart phone. Speaking of smartphones, there's-

Smart Phone Hide n Seek- find that pesky phone that seems to grow wings and/or feet and hides from you when your back is turned. Remember, there is a time limit to this game, namely the life of the phone's battery.

Natureland- look out the window and see the wonders of nature, the squirrels running around, the stray cat or dog on or off a leash. Look on and live vicariously through them as you try to keep 6 feet apart from everyone.

Food Delivery Lotto, make bets at what time the food delivery guy or gal really shows up with your expected take out order. Winner gets an extra slice of pizza or extra fries.

Don't be sad you have to stay in Six Flags Over Your House, think of it as your own private Hotel California, without having to tip the bellboy.

-We have to keep our spirits up during these crazy times and you blog helps us stay sane, so thanks again Karswell.

I love the rubbery art. 2, 5 and 11 are equally dynamic.

This one should definitely go viral; it's a cartoon of these crazy times, I guess. I do think it's funny that, while everybody else gets to be a customer at this Six Flags, mom seems to be an actual employee of the place.

Great comments, thank you guys-- and hey, I appreciate the idea that anything from this blog would ever go viral, unfortunately, I just don't think that will ever happen
