Bunte Trick or Treat Bag

Found this clear plastic Bunte halloween candy bag at an antique shop in haunted Alton, IL yesterday for $2... excellent colors, and fun witch illustration and lettering. Not sure how old it is but a quick google shows that Bunte was still functioning as a candy maker until being purchased by the American Candy Co. in 1990. Anyone familiar with their sugary holiday treats?

Nope, I have no idea what this is. Is it a bag or wrapper for the candy itself, or maybe a sponsored trick-or-treat bag? It sure is cool as hell--I love the cloud and lightning bolt design. And the witch, of course.

It's a large clear plastic trick or treat bag... I put a sheet of 8.5 x 11 white paper inside to block the duplicate image on the other side. Had a double snap trap shut on top with a white handle too
