Hey, do you like pizza? What about loud music, pinball, horror movies, and art? Yes! Good! Because the next time you're in STL MO, and get a hankerin' for a slice o'pie with a side order of heavy metal and monsters, you must visit The Headless Bat at 3128 Morganford Rd., just one block south of beautiful Tower Park Grove Park. Great food 'n games, and lots of awesome stuff on every wall to look at --yes, even in the blasphemous bathrooms! This is absolutely the best place to spend Halloween in this town too, with your mouth full of their amazin' beer cheese pretzel bite appetizers, and your ears bleeding from an over amplification of Venom and non-stop arcade game racket. And while I'm not a boozer, they appear to have one of the best stocked bars in STL too. CLICK HERE for more info, and also check out their Facebook page for actual pix of the food (which I unfortunately failed on here, derrr), --plus updates about current and upcoming events, specials, etc. Four horns up, double fist pump pizza, drinks, black light posters, and more! What else could you possibly want? I know, I know... if you're a Danzig fan like me and The Headless Bat owner, you want skulls. You can't ever have too many skulls...

W.A.S.P. and Ghoulies? Well, that's a blast from the past!
I also don't know if I want to be judged by Lita Ford while pooping, but I guess to each his own.
Alright, so this is a must visit spot if I'm ever down there!
Yep! Come on dowwwwn…
It looks like Karswells home away from home, Karswell Kastle only with pizza and wings.
I would visit but I tend to get lost even on a one way street. Knowing my driving instincts I would end up in Huston Texas- or Havana Cuba!
Nice. I've been a couple of modern pinball arcades lately, and I'm really impressed with the fidelity to tradition seen in the construction of these modern cabinets. Oh, I'm sure there's all sorts of high-speed modern technology on the inside where I can't see it--underpinning the functions, smoothing the mechanics. I'll bet the backglass is printed instead of painted, and that all the sounds are uncompressed .WAV files. But the face of these things is really convincing, the works work are the same, and all that's been added in most cases is a screen--which actually feels like some kind of improvement.
I want to play all of those games. But I'll start with the Elvira since I know you totally dissed it.
