Another very old mechanical Valentine from my collection, this time with a banjo babe strummin' 'n pluckin' up some holiday lovin' as she sways her cute lil red head back 'n forth, beltin' out her ever-lastin', hopeful, and harmonious lyrics...
I do appreciate how simple the mechanism is here and does accomplish a lot of movement, both strumming and rocking her head.I like the petticoat detail and the bracelets that's some nice work.
Yeah, this one is really cute. Much as I love Valentine's Day babies and cherubs, well, I like Valentine's Day adults even better.Too bad Blogger doesn't support .gifs, because this would make a great one.
All this time I never knew the girl from Oh Susanna was a flapper!
