Photographic highlights from a 200+ page, square bound Kodak Photo Book from 1974, featuring hilarious little kids and sexy 70's babes doing what they do best-- LOOKING GOOD! The rest of the book is mostly just quick tips on how to take a good pic, choosing film, flash use, etc.

That first picture is one of the most hilarious things I've seen in a while.
I love big hair. I love big 60-80s hair. But I also know how utterly fake the volume is for the most part (not even counting the actual wigs.)
But this is the first time I've seen it on a child and it's bizarre. It's as if some cheap special effects space organism from a really poor episode of Star Trek has attached itself to her head. The cat is thinking "am I next?"
The two babes playing cards, the one on the right has her foot too close to that drink, there's going to be an accident ...
I like the little sequence with people playing musical instruments. Grampa's couch in the guitar pic is pretty godawful. The banjo pic is funny. And, wow, I've never heard anybody play the snow ski before. Groovy.
Ah, the picture cube. That ubiquitous '70's display piece. We had one in our living room. And the clown embrace? Simply horrifying.
i love the little girl on the xmas phone. she's so geeked to be on that phone it's not even funny!
and the super wacky "look at the gumball machine wearing a hat pic" is great too.
i hope those flash instructions covered the flash cube. those things are pretty complex.
I have a few more of these Kodak books I'll post goodies from in the future-- keep checking back! Got another taste of Luciana up next!
THANK YOU FOR THE COMMENTS!! :)
