Soft Brides for the Hideous Rites of the Damned!

No, you haven't stumbled through the doomed doorway of THOIA, today's latest AEET post serves simply to show that, yes, we are indeed not just fuzzy animals and feel good funny pictures around here! Being a man myself, I guess it's a no-brainer to assume I would like a majority of the elements that make up the April 1963 issue of Man's Book Periodical Vol. 2 #2. From the breathtakingly awesome painted cover art, to the brutal and sometimes erotic Weird Tales-esque inspired pulp short stories (with wonderfully imaginative, obnoxiously long titles and fantastic accompanying illustrations), plus risqué cartoon gags, eye poppin' advertising sprinkled throughout, and hold the phone-- let's not forget the obligatory, scantily-clad female photo lay-out either! Um, seriously, what's not to like? Enjoy a sampling of highlights from this great issue, (with a special thanks to Dan Zimmer!)

Oooooh, yeah! Those men's magazine covers from the atomic age had, in my humble, the greatest illustrations ever done. And as for that "model teacher," let me just say I find her very attractive.

God bless them each and every one.

Indeed... the covers are of course the most memorable part of these mags, but there's plenty of gems between the covers worthy of posting too!

Haha... if you've said it once Draz, you've said it a million times!

Um, you were with me when I bought it from Dan, LL... and fyi the next paper show is coming up soon--can't wait!!!

>the greatest illustrations ever

Absolutely Mykal! I'll be posting more of these mags occasionally around here (I don't wanna overdo it with the glorious scuzz and scare off what few followers I've managed to snag.)

Thanks for the comments, ya'll!
