You blew it again this past Thanksgiving, didn't ya? We know you did, because we did too. Work off all of those extra pumpkin pie pounds you accumulated in your lower body half by following some of the easy legs, thighs, calves, and ankle exercise excerpts included below. FYI: don't forget your toes-- those can get chubby too! (see exercise #4.)

I feel like I've done pretty well. We spent the holiday in la Selva Alta region of the Amazon, so, while I did eat a whole hell of a lot, it was all lean river fish steamed in banana leaves with rocoto peppers and rice. Also it's hot as green inferno here. I think I managed to lose some "figure" in the process, frankly.
