Okay, if you don't have a cool Victorian paperweight to hold down your papers (see previous post HERE!), then maybe you can put your stuff in an ultra-groovy Rap Wrap folder instead. Full of gorgeously colorful, psychedelic artwork by Gene Bellos, this is actually a KISN AM (Portland OR) radio promotional item from 1970, un-used, and in its original cardboard mailer box. What's so funny 'bout peace, love, and scattered papers? Get organized now with a radical Rap Wrap!

That's one of the most 70s things I've seen! I really like the zodiac figures and then the random John Wayne, which I'm not sure how peace and love that was! The vase at the bottom of the spine is also a nice touch.
Color is still vibrant after all these years!
Psychedelic is right, this is a 70's collage mini poster in folder form.
Were there five folders in the envelope?
Aw, makes me nostalgic for those exciting days of school supplies: College rule notebooks with neon grid and surfing silhouette, Knight Rider Trapper Keeper, Cindy Crawford pencil case. What, just me? Just kidding, I mean. I didn't own any of that stuff.
I like this seventies pop culture mash up a lot frankly. It's got a vibe that stretches from Sid and Marty Krofft to Peter Maxx--and with a whole T.V. Guide worth of references in between. It's kind of hard to believe it's from so early on, since it seems more like a comment on the times from a later perspective. But I guess they were really self-aware in 1970.
Yes, this was an unused set of folders
