The Snack Jar Plan
A fun little information / recipe booklet published by the National Peanut Council, Inc. in 1946, featuring superbly illustrated "Peanut People" (and a creepy peanut owl) doing all the nutty things that peanuts like to do, ie: lifting weights, going to the movies, hoeing, professoring etc. Hmmmm, I never thought to mix peanut butter with cream cheese, I'm actually going to try this-- NOW.
I had peanut butter mousse at a fancy fish restaurant a week or so ago. It was absolutely superb if you happen to be the kind of person who likes sweet peanutty desserts.
