Vibro-Master vs. Star

Time for another "Battle of the Great Packaging All-Stars", and today we pit the 1950's against the 1930's! Both products are wrapped in a similarly attractive design with a particularly eye-popping point of view. But who will win? The box of vibrating, half naked babes lounging around stimulating their circulations from the USA, --or, the unopened pack of smokes wrapper (highlighted by what appears to be an illustration of silver screen starlet, Jean Harlow) from France? Let's agree that both products ease nervous tension, and even relax the muscles. But are both products effectively safe? Don't we already know the answer to this question? VOTE NOW!

  1. Well, I guess I have to give it to the Vibro-Master box--especially for the Joan Bennett-type on the front and the slinky feline side illustrations. Also I'll be naming my new band The Electric Green Corduroy Couch Cushions.

  2. "Effective Figure Control." Uh hunh.

One Christmas I asked for a View Master and my parents by mistake got me a Vibro-Master. Best, but most embarrassing, Christmas ever!

Yeah, I'd vote for the Vibro-Master. Lot of great, clean artwork on that, and I especially love the comic book-ish shock lines. That said, man that thing looks dangerous. Plugging it directly in and then laying on it!

  3. I'm voting for the pack of cigarettes. The fact they are unopened gives the pack a mystery as to its past-
    1. Were they put away for a special occasion?
    2. Was the lady on the pack the dream girl of a movie fan so long ago, who couldn't bear to damage the image by opening it? Perhaps he wished to meet her someday, somehow, hope springs eternal and all that.
    3. Was the pack owned by a special someone whose life was cut short, and was kept as a memento by a significant other?

Whichever item wins, it was a fun contest for followers of AEET, thanks as always, Karswell.
