What they do with baby octopus is about my favorite food ever. (When I was actually in Korea, I didn't even have the time to find a good BBQ joint--it was all pizza places and microwave soup cups. Which was also awesome).<br /><br />But I had to riff on what seems to me to be the age-old "southern pork vs. Texan beef barbeque" battle.
